I was struggling with post workout soreness and my effort not translating to any gains. Day 2 of using this and my muscles are no longer sore, I have a ton more energy for working out and I've already been able to increase my rep counts after just one day. I noticed it also has had a fairly substantial impact on my mental state as well; I feel more motivated, but not with more twitchy energy like you get from caffeine or most other CNS stims. It's almost like riding on a soft wave that is pushing me forward. The only downside I've had is that these are hard tablets that seem to quickly digest and caused a bit of stomach pain for about 10 or so minutes. Took with food today and that issue is resolved, so I'd strongly recommend to avoid taking on an empty stomach. Perhaps noteworthy is that I had previously been taking Alpha GPC, but recently it has just been giving me weird mental states and detracting from my exercises. My body is probably producing sufficient acetyl choline, so this is the next step if you ever find yourself in that situation. I will update if anything changes, but this is going to be one of my daily supplements for the time being.
