This brand works very good for me. I have terrible leg cramps when I am sleeping, so this product is perfect for me. I take 2 before bed. I get cramps in my ankles and feet/toes. I order this before my bottle runs out so I don't suffer from cramps. I sleep very well now.

This product really works!!! I started using it three days ago and the two first days I still had cramps but not too bad. Yesterday was the third day taking it and I didn't have any cramps. Thank God and these pills that really worked. Well, I want you to know that the first two days I only took one pill but the third day I took two pills. I'm going to take the two pills for the rest of this week and then go back to take just one pill to see what is going to happen. I hope this will continue working. It is a pain in the neck to wake up many times at night because those terrible cramps.

Highly recommend this product! This is the only thing that provides me with relief from cramps. I take one pill at breakfast and one with dinner. On the days that I do heavy workouts or other activities with heavy sweating, I add a third pill. This allows me to get through the night without waking up multiple times with agonizing leg cramps. I always drink electrolytes throughout the day and occasionally drink pickle juice. Since using Cramp Defense, I’ve been able to drastically cut back on the pickle juice. This is great as pickle juice has a lot of sodium so not good for folks taking blood pressure meds.
