I didn't know much about what benefits to expect from taking Curcumim, but I did know that it has always been highly regarded as an antioxidant and that it supports good health. Well, after taking it for a few days the benefit appeared to help improve my bowel movements, smooth and flowing like soft-serve. Much better results than I have gotten from taking multiple Pro-biotics over the past year! I will be sticking with this one.

I'm already in excellent health and so, to be honest, I haven't noticed any difference in how I feel with this product. HOWEVER, something like inflammation is not always felt in the body, especially in otherwise healthy individuals. So, I had been taking a regular turmeric supplement but after reading about and researching this product, decided to start taking it instead. I really like this company (also use their omegas), the attention they put into their sourcing, the research they do before releasing a product, and the level of disclosure they uphold about what goes into their products. They exceed the majority of companies out there in those areas, and as someone who always does extensive research before putting a product into my body, I can say I've eliminated many companies who may have decent products simply because I can't find the info I need to make a confident decision about the product. Highly recommend this company and this product.

What I like about this product is it's optimized curcumin extract being a significantly higher dose per serving than the 95% standardized turmeric making it a more economical product. I have not used the product sufficiently to determine how effective it will be for me. Naturenetics appears to be a company that is working hard to develop a lineup of supplements with high quality standards.

I have tried other products with BioP.. with very little success but this one so far appears to have a better results,less aches and pains etc.Since its been just a few weeks I will give it 2 months and see.

Love this product - I am starting to feel somewhat better, and am excited to try Naturenetics' fish oil product. This is a great company that stands behind their products, so much so that they allow their consumers to try another product for free. Definitely a great way to build brand loyalty!

I have been taking a capsule a day since I received it and it seems to be working fine. I would recommend this product.

I understand the benefits of taking a turmeric supplement so I don't have any problem believing that it is good for me. I actually hadn't given it much thought as to whether or not the product was working because I don't have any chronic conditions however as I think back over the month or so I've been on the product I can't remember having issues with my knees and my feet like I did before I begin taking it. I will definitely continue using this product!

It did help with my inflammation some. I am still having pains, but will update in a few weeks.
