I really like this magnesium complex brand it helps me stay asleep all night, when I don’t take it I’ll wake up a couple of times at night. I took a star because it takes forever to arrive.

This is the best supplement I’ve tried thus far. My leg muscles tend to ache and get stiff/sore due to fibromyalgia.
