I had severe GAD, SAD, and panic disorder, and I have to take meds every day. Even though I would take my meds and remember taking it every morning, that annoying little anxious voice in my head would be like "but what if we didn't? What if you're thinking about yesterday and you forgot to take your meds today?" I tried using a weekly pill dispenser, but I found it tedious and annoying having to make time to do this every week. Instead, I bought this. I just flick the little switch, and I have piece of mind that I remembered my meds today.
