I took this product for the past 3 weeks now, I am diabetic type 2 , with diet and exercise daily along with one capsule of Berberine - 1200Mg I have noticed that my fasting blood sugar level has gone downIt has been working for me, although different people might have different results, it depend on how your body reacts to this supplement, but for it has worked so far and I am happy with the results, give try if you are adiabatic maybe it will work to lower your blood sugar

Updating my review. Got used to the potency rather quickly and gas was no longer an issue. This drives down blood sugar steadily until you are in a good range. Whole process only took several weeks!Old Review: It is very potent, as advertised, but this caused significant gas. Because the serving has 1200 Mg I took half serving but the gas continued. I plan to try a different brand with much lower Mg to see if I can eliminate the gas. Maybe the lower dose will lower blood sugar effectively, and I can get the results I want without the awful gas from these!

I purchased this in connection with a digestive cleanse. The product is a good, strong color, and easy to swallow. I have had no ill effects and my cleanse is progressing well. The blood sugar leveling effect is beneficial as my cleanse involves a very low carb diet, which I have been able to successfully navigate. I had one snafu with shipping through Amazon, but the product was replaced quickly and the company has been very responsive. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, this particular product produces really bad headaches for me. This is the only new (daily) thing that I've introduced into my body. After almost a week of taking them, i still get the headaches. I will return the unused portion.

This product is great. It has helped to lower my AIC. My son is taking the Berberine. He commented that it is not only helping him to feel better, he is losing weight. I would not hesitate to buy this product again. I highly recommend it to lower you glucose level.

It’s been 2 weeks since I started. I’m not disappointed. I feel better digestively. I am feeling more even leveled with appetite. Don’t really have a taste for alcohol as much now. Also cravings have subsided.I’m ready to subscribe to deliveries.
