I bought this door lock after waking up to someone trying to open my hotel door. I immediately purchased this and it arrived the next day. I had the person staying next door who was a big burly but very sweet dude try to "break in" to the room with this on the door and it did exactly what I wanted it to with no signs of budging. Since then this has also been used at night when I am home and it will not move and neither will the door until it is removed. This is a godsend and I would absolutely recommend!

Does not fir most doors

My bedroom door does not have a lock, this product kept my door shut and hard to open from the outside! Best safety travel product

It's currently working to keep my grandson (toddler) from opening the front door.
