8126-9-45 .Swiss Grip Starby Coin Driver

Got this to use at work and while it’s pricey and the same job can be done by a coin, I never have a coin on me and I’d lose one in my tool bag, but this I have a spot for. It’s built well, nice and solid.

Find it sad that the import tax and shipping caused the screwdriver to be twice as expensive as listed. Would otherwise have given it 5/5 value for money. The chassi screws and the brass shower diffuser on my espresso machine all used the coin driver style of screwhead (very wide and semi thick). I even got use of it when i accidentally unscrewed the OPV valve too far and it popped out, when i was lowering the OPV pressure. I used it to brace against the spring when i screwed it back in, and the OPV valve nozzle could easily turn against the surface of the coin screwdriver head 10/10

Such a cool little tool! Feels great in the hand. Looking forward to opening the coin type covers on my red dot sights. Sick of scaring the battery caps by trying to get them open with a slotted screwdriver or another tool. This was recommended by Doc from LastBestTool. (Thx Doc!)

I like the tool, I wish it had some attachment loop or a ring molded to the top so I could keep it on a leash. aside from the “murphy’s law” burden it f now feeling like I have to find the tool when I come across a slotted turn it’s all good. allows you to not wallow out the plastic by making contact with a significant amount of the slot as well.

The best hand tools in the world. I'm not sure how you could make this better. They're precise, comfortable, useful tools. I've spent a lot of time researching and experimenting with various brands and PB Swiss is it. German, Austrian, Japanese, USA tools all have their good makes but PB Swiss is so far the all around winner. Every item I've purchased from them I have been satisfied with.

Ultimately, 5 stars because it does what it’s supposed to, but the Amazon pics make it look longer than it is. Maybe it’s just how they rendered for me, but here’s a pic in my hand to compare.

Kvalitetsverktyg! Jag köpte den för att skruva ur adapter pluggar från mikrofonstativ och den fungerar perfekt för det. Gummit har en bra känsla och bra kvalitet och överlag har den bra finish och bra toleranser. Jag ser inte varför den inte skulle fungera lika bra för alla skruvar som vanligtvis skruvas med ett mynt eller liknande.

I don't use these everyday however, they are an absolute must have for toolboxes. These are particularly great where you have a shallow groove or plug fastener any don't want to chew it up with a slotted screwdriver. I bought the stubby and the full length for the limited access requirements I often hit. PB Swiss is a solid tool choixe and this feels great in the hand.
