Great product. Easy to use and I have bought numerous

Added this to my resistance band routine.

First the handle is too narrow. Women may use this device, but it is too weak for men. It is also too narrow for my foot. Yes I want to put my foot into the handle and do biceps curls with my elbow on my upper thigh. I am 70 and recover from a serious illness and must rebuild some muscle. Out of the box and I can stretch all 5 strings ... chest, back, overhead... all day long. You have literally dozens of these devices, but they seem all the same garbage. I do not mind paying for it but where are the professional devices... with bungee cords, not latex tubes or steel springs dozens of sellers peddle all the same garbage from the same manufacturers. If you have large hands, you cannot use this device.

I love this bit of exercise equipment. It is very versatile but I use mostly for tricep work which it’s excellent for and really good for working rear delts as well.

Purchased to try to stay fit in the semi, it worked well at first and eventually the bands started to pop. I would reinstall but inevitably my attempts to repair were futile. I am looking for something similar but more sturdy. I would recommend you do the same
