It is just as good as Ducalax which is far more expensive.

Works but causes bowel pain and cramping
This definitely works. I have crohn's disease and one of my symptoms is constipation. The downside is that it causes cramping and pain in the bowels that last for hours. But that may be because I have crohn's.
