I was hopeful for this, but I will have to water down the mixture a lot to bear how sweet it is. I didn't notice any difference in dehydration symptoms or POTS symptoms after 2 glasses.

Would return if I could. I wanted to try this to see if this would be a good substitute for when the pedialyte version sells out, but I'm just gonna stick to the pedialyte one. That one actually tastes like apple. This one just tastes like bad chemicals barely trying to be fruit, while also weirdly tasting creamy.

Excellent for fast rehydration! NormaLyte works great when I’m feeling dehydrated from illness or after workouts. It really helps with recovery from diarrhea, vomiting, or excessive sweating. The green apple flavor is surprisingly good — not too sweet and easy to drink. I like that it has no preservatives or artificial colors, and it’s based on the WHO formula, so I trust its effectiveness. I always keep a few packets at home and in my gym bag. I’m so happy to know this product was made specifically for people with dysautonomia and I was very excited to try it. I had been drinking biosteel and pedialyte previously but heard through various groups this one was recommended by dysautonomia international. Unfortunately, I can’t stomach it. It tastes like very sweet very salty ocean water. It may help with POTS but the taste is a barrier for me to getting it down. Not for me! But I appreciate the advancements that are happening for POTS patients.
