After many years, many probiotics and food allergy tests, I was diagnosed with high histamine or histamine intolerance. I read the restrictive food diet and became very disappointed. I started looking for probiotics to help this condition because with research, I found that high histamine causes blood glucose levels to stay high. My body was fighting itself. I bought this product and an earthing mat to help fight inflammation. After 2 weeks of 2 capsules per day per the instructions, my digestive issues are starting to improve. I have tried many other probiotics and products, but this one has seriously helped my two years of digestive issues.

So finally found that typical probiotics are histamine increasing. Very bad for someone like me who has histamine intolerance. Once I found that after a lifetime of taking the typical probiotics and making myself worse I switched to the blend in this bottle that really helped lower my HIT. I could actually tell when I took it and my HIT symptoms were reduced after a week or so. I only took one capsule a day and that was enough for me and stretched the bottle twice as long. For other people saying this is not a low histamine probiotic, they are having other reactions to the probiotic in general as these probiotics are researched and proven to lower histamine.

Flared not helped my histamine intolerance… took less than a week and started itching all over. Wish I would have read the reviews before purchase. After researching the inolin in the product for some with histamine issues can cause flare as the prebiotic feeds some bacteria is your large intestine that can produce histamines from what I read. I now know I tend to do better with probiotics with sun fiber instead. So beware…

Always wondered why taking regular probiotics made me feel worse. Took years to find out I had HIT but knowing and understanding it changed my life and my gut problems. Have purchased it twice now and it's helping repopulate my microbiome without increasing gut histamine. This, DAO and some other supplements have helped my digestion so much and I'm so grateful there is a product like this!

I was hopeful that this product would be without side effects. Unfortunately, it resulted in significant generalized itching.

Great probiotic that never causes any gastro issues.

Found the contents inside the capsule was hard as a rock in some and others half was hard and rest in chunks . Not sue if its safe to take

Update, with some mild IBS-C, and vulnerability to SIBO, unless I go irresponsible 'bender', probiotics along with low to moderate fodmap diet keep me well away from flares and problems. With come Cnst, that is sign bit more probiotic is needed, then all is perfect again. With this as probiotic support, I got no support! Gut health not supported. I check the package ingredients and be reassured as list is excellent, but then, nope no affect and nope and nope over and over. Whatever is in isn't the 'good stuff' or if its there its not in form that'd do anything , at least anything good. May do some harm BEWARE

Habe das Produkt nun seit knapp 6 Wochen. Ich fühle mich gut damit. Habe erneut bestellt und meinem Bauch/ Darm geht es besser. Würde dieses Produkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich sag’s euch, mein Magen und ich hatten lange keine gute Beziehung. Histaminintoleranz ist echt ’ne nervige Sache, aber diese kleinen Helferlein haben mir das Leben richtig erleichtert. Seit ich die nehme, ist mein Bauch deutlich entspannter, keine fiesen Blähungen oder Magengrummeln mehr, und ich kann sogar wieder ein bisschen mutiger beim Essen sein. Die Kapseln sind super handlich, leicht zu schlucken und komplett ohne unnötigen Kram – einfach gute Bakterien, die ihren Job machen. Was ich richtig schätze: Die Zusammensetzung ist speziell auf Histaminintoleranz abgestimmt, und das merkt man auch. Ich fühl mich endlich wieder wie ich selbst.
