Super slick and fragrance free
Super slick. Better than regular shave cream. A little goes a long way. Dime sized amount and lather in hands before applying. Razor glides like it's on teflon. Bottle should last me for years

Best non irritating and foaming shaving cream
Excellent non-irritating and fragrance free shaving cream. It is very gentle as well as non-drying, and best of all it really foams well. It is simply the best shaving cream I have ever used.

The Best Shaving Cream ... By Far
Over the years, I've tried many types of shaving cream - aerosols, gels, creams, you name it. Although some were OK, it wasn't until I tried Kiss My Face that I realized what I'd been missing (especially as something with coarse, thick hair that's difficult to shave). There's something about the consistency of the cream that's like no other. It's smooth, moist, lathers easily, scentless, and allows the razor to glide easily. Some creams require multiple lathering because I often need to go over the same area twice. With this cream, I only need to lather once and I can get a very close shave, even with going over the same areas again. Another great thing about this cream is the value. Unlike just about every other cream I've tried, a little bit goes a long way because it produces so much lather. One bottle can last for quite some time. When the company was sold last year and the product was unavailable for a while, I was extremely disappointed. Although I resigned myself to thinking it would never come back and started researching and trying other creams again (included those that were top-rated), nothing even came close. The unscented creams actually had a scent, I needed to use a lot more cream so they ran out at least twice as quickly, the overall dryer consistencies caused more irritation, there was minimal lather, and none gave me as close of a shave. Needless to say, I was excited when Kiss My Face returned! Hopefully I won't have to worry about them being discontined again, but I now have ten bottles on hand just in case :) This product is that good and unique compared to anything else. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Slick shave; No irritation
Perfect for my sensitive skin. No fragrances or unnecessary stuff to irritate my skin. I use with a high quality shaving brush and lather directly on my face with hot water. Slick shave without no irritation

Best shaving cream ever!
I thought they had stopped making this! So happy to have it again! I’ve tried other shaving creams for sensitive skin but nothing could compare to this. I’ve never had a reaction to it and it doesn’t dry out my skin.

I would give 5 stars, if not for the product showing up damaged
I opened a package today only to be frustrated seeing that the shaving cream I ordered had spilled/exploded all over the inside of the bag and all over the bottles. A complete mess. After seeing what would have to happen to request a replacement, I decided to let it go, clean off the bottles and be happy with the fact that most of the stuff is still in there. I'm a big believer in using natural, healthy things on your skin, especially your face. I switched to Shea butter bars of soap that usually cost around $5, but are completely worth it. The difference Shea butter makes in my skin quality is unlike anything else I've experienced. I used moisturizing fragrance free Dove bars previously, but Shea butter trumps it.. by far. It makes your skin happy. Naturally I wanted a shaving cream that wasn't one of those chemical compounds forming a gel-like substance that is supposedly moisturizing my skin? You look at what's in most of it... this stuff can't be great for us. But Shea butter and lavender? Don't think those will hurt.. I used this with my new Merkur Model 180 Long Handled Safety Razor (made in Germany, so you know it's good). One of the smoothest shaves I've ever had. Despite there being an explosion of shaving cream inside the bag that the bottles were sloppily thrown in, the product itself is such high quality that I'm still willing to give it 4 stars. The lavender is not overpowering as I feared it might be, but gives a great scent and refreshes you. The Shea butter? Your face will feel smoother. Your skin will look better. Stop putting weird chemicals on your face. Go natural. Recommend this product, but ask them to pack it well.

This is the good stuff!
OK, let's be honest: I wasn't expecting to be as impressed by this product as the other reviewers seemed to be: quite frankly, I find most peoples' standard of what constitutes an "acceptable" shaving cream to be lacking, when you can easily surpass the quality of most aerosal shaving creams [actually, foams] found in the supermarket just by grabbing the odd tag end of a soap bar and lathering up with *that*. I'm also pretty sensitive to most perfumes found in commonly available shaving products [here's a tip that used to blow away most of my old girlfriends: since shave creams marketed for women are typically used on their legs, & moreover women generally use a variety of separately-applied perfumes that they'll wear, they don't want conflicts with some other personal hygiene products; consequently the manufacturers use far less of the intrusive (and virtually downright caustic!) types of the budget perfumes as they do in men's shave creams... So save your nose, & buy women's shave creams if you don't want to give up on aerosol foams! ;-) ] But where was I? Oh yes, this stuff: this is better than just using bar soap. [Heh! That's an example of understatement, if you didn't catch that! ;-D] In fact, there is only one other shaving product I've used that it compares with, which was a tube cream I had to import from Canuckistan [aka "Canada" for those U.S. readers with any grasp of geography. All four of us! ;-D] several years ago. Once I used that stuff, I realized it could be easily approximated by using [$1 store knockoff] Noxema as a pre-prep with a layer of soap lather over it: pretty good results, and inexpensive enough, but not quite as good as the real deal [Kalmar?] cream. Anyway, the KMF product blows that out of the water, and is the new price/performance leader. Yes, it's more expensive than the $1 store face cream/soap lather mix, but cheaper than the imported tube shave cream on a per shave basis, and just as, if not more than, effective as the import product where the steel meets the skin! Having just recently expanded my shaving from beard to whole head [Heck, if I'm bald I might as well be BALD: just call me "Kingpin!" ;-)] BTW, I have to say that the "key lime" aspect of this isn't really noticeable: for all intents & purposes, I would consider this version of KMF shave lotion as interchangeable with their unscented product. And like I said, I'm pretty sensitive to these things [for instance, you couldn't PAY me to try their Patchouli-labeled version: patchouli-oil should be put on the EPA's list of banned toxic pollutants, along with Agent Orange & atomic waste, AFAIC. That stuff be NASTY! 8-p ] Anyway, the gist of the matter is this: I'm a fresh convert to KMF who has met with better results than anticipated, and expect to continue using it as long as they continue to make it [& offer it at an affordable price. Heck, I'm not made of money y'know!]
