Works Great
This is a fairly inexpensive lid compared to other lids selling on Amazon. As such it isn't a super-durable hard plastic and I honestly expected it to break on the hinge at some point but after 2 years of occasional use it's still like new. I only use the lid on long cooks where evaporation is a concern and for this it has worked perfectly. The fit on the intended Rubbermaid container is perfect - it snaps into place solidly every time. The cut-out for the immersion cooker is the perfect size for the Anova Precison Cooker. The way that the hole is cut means I have to remove the cooker before removing the whole lid but for my needs this is a minor inconvenience. The nice fit around the cooker is worth it. The hinge works fine but can be annoying trying to remove a roast on a rack from hot water, or inserting it as well. Since I only use the lid on long cooks, which generally means larger cuts of meat, the hinge isn't super helpful. For the price, the lid works well for its intended purpose.

Works great, makes the setup easier
This works great, I now can just clip the ziplock bags I use for sue-vide in this kid instead of using metal clips and plastic wrap to seal, it makes for a much cleaner setup.

Also fits the Anova Precision Cooker 3.0 AN525-US00
I took a gamble that this would also fit the latest model of the cooker (Anova Precision Cooker 3.0 Model AN525-US00) and to my delight, it did! I purchased one of these lids 6 years ago for my original Joule circulator (that died a few weeks ago) and the lid has served me well, getting almost weekly use. An excellent product.

Nice addition to 12 Qt Rubbermaid sous vide container
We got this lid as an add-on for our existing 12 Qt Rubbermaid sous vide container, and it fit perfectly. Previously when using the sous vide, my wife would just cover the container with a bunch of towels to help keep in the heat, but this lid provides a much more secure cover, and prevents the towels from accidentally falling into the water. Our sous vide fits perfectly in the corner, and still allows the water to flow properly. This also allows us to keep water in the container for a few days without worrying about something falling into it. My wife was almost as excited to see the little booklet that came with it, showing all the other cool Everie products she could buy for the sous vide. :) If nothing else, it'll make a nice gift list of things to buy in the future.

Required dremeling to fit the Yedi
Works as advertised. It fits the Rubbermaid just fine. Snaps firmly into place. Though, just know that the opening will need a slight amount of dremeling in order to get the Yedi machine to fit. The diameter needs to be increased just slightly.

New favorite sous vide accessory.
Love it. I bought it with the Rubbermaid 12qt and the WyzerPro Neoprene insulating sleeve and it makes such a difference in my sous vide set up. I was going between the rubber lid and this hinged lid and I’m glad I chose the hinge, it frees up a hand when I have to drop a bunch of stuff in the bath. So much better than constantly wasting tin foil as a cover or loose sideways lids. And I hardly lose any water from evaporation. The condensation just drips right back in since I don’t have to remove the lid to take the food out. I leave a dish towel on top for added insulation. I was using various pots or Tupperware with my Anova and it was all very disorganized and wasted a lot of water and nothing fit right. I now leave the whole thing set up and it sits next to my stove and I just sous vide and go. It’s very convenient and clutter free.

Heaven for meat
I can’t sing enough praises for this kitchen gadget!!! In fact, calling it a gadget is almost an insult to the device! I had been hearing from many friends that sous vide is the way to go for cooking meat. I didn’t believe them. I mean, come on...boiling meet? Gimme a break... But I broke down and bought one. I just couldn’t take their ranting over it. I had to see what it was all about. Well, this little device came packed in a really nice storage box. I mean, it felt almost Gucci. So I unpacked it, read the really thin manual, installed the app on my phone, vacuum sealed the tri tip (fabulous cut of meat and cheap), put the sous vide in the container (any will do, but I spent the extra 20 on a container made for the sous vide), put the 10 liters of water in, preheated and put the meat in for 2.5 hours at 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Well, it didn’t look like boiled meat. The reason why is because the meat is actually separated from the water. In fact, it actually bastes in its own juices because of the sealed bag. And you cannot overcook it, as in burn it. It’s weird to describe. A hot tub for beef? Almost stewing, but not? And with any cut, you keep it in the water long enough all the connective tissues will break down and you might end up with something closer to pâté than steak. Anyway, I pulled it, took it out of the bag, put it in a cast iron pan and took a blow torch to it to give it the charred look on the outside. I let it rest. Then I cut into it. Every part of the interior was a beautiful pink and so juicy. Then I tasted it. Meatgasm. I will never grill a steak again. Get one. You know you want to.

Does _NOT_ fit Cambro Camsquare polycarbonate 12 quart
This review is really more of Amazon’s crap-tactic search engine. I explicitly asked for a sous vide cover for a 12qt Cambro Camsquares. I searched more than once. This REPEATEDLY returned at the number one option for that search. Now that I’ve discovered the issue, I read the manufacturer’s specs, and I don’t see Cambro listed - my bad for not checking that previously, but I wouldn’t have thought it would top of the list if the search term wasn’t in there somewhere. The containers look similar, but they are not the same shape. If you have one of the containers it will fit, it’s probably a good product - but it doesn’t fit my containers.

Have used this product for a few days now. It is exactly as advertised. Fits the 12qt Rubbermaid container that I got from Amazon. Seems that there is a slight gap around part of my Anova Precision cooker and around the hinge, but negligible vapor loss has occurred after several uses. I placed an old clean t-shirt on top to help insulate the lid as well as cover any apparent gaps. Main reason I purchased it was that when using my icebox as a container, but without a precision-cut lid, resulted in a lot of vapor loss. Especially with the humid weather of late, and the constant need to refill the container every few hours to maintain optimal water levels, no drop in the water level has been observed. I started just above the 8L mark on my container a few days ago, have used the product for 2 meals everyday since, and the water level is still above the 8L mark without any refilling. The lid also does an excellent job of holding my ziploc bags in place during cooking, as other users have remarked. Should use the large-sized bags: they are just tall enough to reach the bottom of the container and fold over about an inch over the top of the 12qt container. The Canadian price seems quite a bit steeper than the American price, but, given how quickly I received the product and how well it has worked already, I am very satisfied with the Everie Collapsible Hinged Sous Vide Container Lid.

Propaganda altamente enganosa! Parece que você está comprando o conjunto todo, tampa + o recipiente, mas de fato você está comprando SOMENTE UMA TAMPA PLÁSTICA para cobrir um recipiente (NÃO INCLUSO). Pura malandragem!

This is only a the lid. It references a collapsible tank but it's actually just the lid £17 a small piece of plastic. Crazy

This is just an overpriced plastic lid. It doesn't come with the container as displayed in the picture.
