I’ve been taking PQQ as a stand alone supplement since the middle of the summer, but decided to try this product after reading about the benefits of PQQ and CoQ10 and Shilajit and thought I’d try it. I’ve been taking it for six weeks and I love it. I feel more clear and awake when I take it - in a way that allows me to be more productive throughout the morning. I haven’t noticed any changes in my skin thus far, but I’m excited to see what the future holds. Love it so far!

This was the first brand I tried for this particular supplement, and I noticed a real difference while taking it consistently. I tend to trust studies over theories and don’t easily fall for placebo effects, so I believe the benefits I experienced were genuine. I’ve even noticed some of the additional effects mentioned by other reviewers. The downside has been minor acid reflux (sour belching). That said, after finishing most of my first bottle, I started exploring other brands with the same ingredients that are more affordable. While I’m currently trying a cheaper option, I think the benefits are comparable so far, and I’ve had fewer acid reflux issues with the new brand. I still have another bottle of this supplement, so I plan to compare it again once I finish my current one (the other brand). Overall, I would recommend this supplement for its effectiveness, and the brand seems trustworthy. The only downsides are the higher price compared to competitors and the minor acid reflux it caused for me.
