Had to replace the one in a small atomizer for my daughter and it worked the moment I soldered it in place and turned it on. The spares will be useful going forward as I have 2 others that use the same piece.

I bought these to replace the atomizer in our Crane humidifier, they did not work. I also tried reversing the wires just to double check I didn’t wire it wrong, no luck. I tried a second atomizer in the machine again with no luck. Not to mention I measured before ordering the same size as the original, and these were significantly smaller than advertised.

Was going to use this for a model train but it never made any mist. I tried it with 5v, 12v and even 25v power supply but it never did anything.

Not ceramic, just thin metal, needs much more power to vaporize water than other ceramic disks
