This stuff smells like a holiday!! When you aint on holiday!!! Primarily use in my hot tub and occasionally in the bath if I am feeling like a good long soak! Its quite pricey tho so only buy a couple of times a year!

Lovely smell

As my hot tub is within a building the aroma lasted much longer than some people stated.

0 stars!!!! Please don't even bother. On opening the packet, it smelled of strong lavender, so far so good, however, once poured into a hot tub the crystals sink to the bottom and dislove quickly with the bubbles on. But there was no smell of lavender at all! I added the whole packet,1kg into an 800 ltr hot tub for a girls pamper evening, even though the instructions say 100 grams per 1000 ltrs. so very disappointing and a waste of money. 😞

I put this in my lazy spa hot tub, worked great. It smelled lovely, definitly vanilla and coconut aroma, The water felt soft after it had been mixed. My Wifes Excema seemed improved after a few goes with this in the water. If I had any complaint its that if you put the bubbles on in your spa with dissipate fast. Put them in, mix it with buttles for 2 mins and turn them off, Soak in the hot water and enjoy! If you have the bubbles on for 30 mins then the 100g they recomend using will have worn off before the timer is up. I will definitly be buying more and will look to try it in a bath too.

You have to put a lot in to get any aroma.

You feel like you are in your own secret spa, use in outside hot tub. Sit back and relax. Good value for money and recommended by lazi spa company. Last a while depends how much you use. Would buy again..

Based on Lay-z-spa selling these as suitable for their hot tubs I took a punt and bought some. Following the directions I added the crystals to our hot tub. They mostly dissolved in the tub, but could feel some crystals on the tub floor after a few minutes. Whilst sat in the tub I couldn't notice any difference in smell, although outside the tub apparently it smells lovely. What I did find after adding the crystals was the water detiorated in tub; the water became cloudy, and the pH/Alkalinity changed lot. Not long after the filter clogged up and needed replacing. I tried treating the water with a variety of additives, but in the end only a full water change and clean was needed. On that basis I couldn't recommend for a hot tub. Probably good in a bath though, which is how I expect to use them.
