Stainless Steel 316L - 50' - 20 Gauge Wire

Awesome wire for making snares for small game.

Good quality metal, smell free indicates it is authentic, not a cheap metal posing as stainless steel. Recommend for all people who are allergic to some metals. It is an interesting thickness, it is strong enough to form wire wrapped rings, but not thick enough to hold as a single strand under much force, but this is the nature of 20g. A great product.

Wire looks good, but only time will tell if it can take the long term heat cycles and wear..

which seems like I may be one of the few left these days. I have been buying this exact brand & gauge for several years now and honestly have no interest in any other. It's just stiff enough to keep a good coil (4/5 wrap - for approx .10-.11ohms), unlike a 22 gauge which I find to be way too soft. This is spot on for the purpose intended. The 'spool' also does have a guard to prevent unraveling - though I do usually cut an angeled notch into side to use as a keeper when not in use. No offense to another post, but not sure why anyone would unravel the full 50' on both ends - of course it will whip around unravelling the whole spool - as one end is also twistes on to the plastic spool to prevent a big nightmare mess.....

Arrived on time and in good condition; well wrapped spool of wire. The best thing is that the wire is made of 316L stainless steel; it is almost impossible for it to corrode or rust, even in salt water.
