When I dug out the second screen protector to replace the damaged one, I found a note saying that if it broke, I should get in touch and another would be sent, for free. I was sceptical. I nonetheless gave it a go, fully expecting to be ignored. Not only was I not ignored, but I got a very quick (even at the weekend) positive response from the seller, in good English, telling me that the seller would send me another. It arrived a few days later, and not only a single replacement screen cover, but a whole new case + protectors. It is rare that I am so impressed with a product (or, in reality here, service) that I give the time to write such a long review, but I think that this is above and beyond what is normal, or even reasonable, to expect.
