I started this at same time as taurine so i am unsure if it’s both supplements or just one product, but within a week I feel a veil of clouds lifted and I could think clearly, more focused, and definitely happier. It’s amazing. I hope it lasts. I take just one of this and taurine in AM with a zillion other supplements. But these two are the new ones. Highly recommend.

update: changed from 1 to 4 start since able to take 1 a day with no bad issues. I like that the company is fda registered and gnp certified. so decided to stick with this because it ahs the blend I want. perhaps the strength is user dependent. Just be aware mushrooms are herbal and have medicinal affects that can interact with other medications, so start with 1 then add is my advice. I've taken mushroom complex from another comapany and had no issues, and I always start with one and build up to suggested serving size. day 4 taking 2 pills and I got a horrible headache that only got worse until I disconinued use and headache went away. Bad batch or bad company not careful of blend quantity I don't know. Unable to return so waste of money for me.
