​I was initially a bit hesitant before purchasing the VALSOLE Orthotic Insoles, but after using them, I realized it was the best decision. The product truly provides fantastic comfort. I was particularly delighted to experience the noticeable difference in comfort, especially when wearing my safety shoes on days requiring long hours of standing and walking. It felt as if the soles of my shoes turned into a long-missed cushion. ​I wholeheartedly recommend these insoles to anyone suffering from issues like Plantar Fasciitis or flat feet, and especially those who work long hours standing while wearing safety footwear. The Red (UK 9-28cm) size was a perfect fit. ​In summary A high-quality insole that is definitely a must-try for anyone experiencing foot pain.

The VALsole orthotic insoles provide solid arch support and noticeable relief for heel pain and plantar fasciitis. The structure feels firm and supportive, especially for flat feet and overpronation, and the materials seem durable for daily use. However, the sizing runs large. Even though I ordered the correct size based on the chart, the insoles were too big for my shoes and required trimming. They also feel best in shoes that have a bit of extra space, so I’d recommend going one shoe size up or using them in roomier footwear like trainers or work shoes. Once properly fitted, they do help with comfort and stability during walking and standing. Overall, these are good-quality insoles with effective support, but sizing could be improved. Recommended, but check sizing carefully before buying.

Swapped these into my work boots and trainers and the difference was instant. Proper arch support, a deep heel cup that keeps everything stable, and just the right amount of cushioning without feeling squishy. No rubbing, no squeaks, no chemical smell. They’ve held their shape after long shifts and plenty of walking. Haven’t had to cut fitted to my size, has help relieved some of my pain in my lower back! Great value and genuinely comfortable. No complaints—would buy again.

These shoe inserts were bought as a replacement for some worn (expensive) orthotics that l had in my running shoes, and quite honestly they have been great, l always buy a half size bigger shoe to accommodate the inserts and they fit perfectly. They have been so comfortable and successful in stopping my overpronation and knee pain that l have bought 5 pairs and keep a pair in all my different running shoes and also in my everyday walking shoes.

I purchased these on the advice of a friend who after just one week of using them found that he no longer had plantar fasciitis symptoms. Fabulous I thought, I've had it for months and tried many types of insets so I was excited to try these! Unfortunately though they are all too tall to fit my shoes. They fit the length, so the size is accurate, but the arch is too high meaning that there is no room in my shoes for my foot. I've tried them the different types of shoe including trainers and work shoes but alas I've not found one that both the insert and my foot will fit into. I decided not to return on the basic of my friends experience as I'm hopeful they'll fit in my winter boots which have more room. Time will tell though! It's hard to rate them as I've not actually be able to use them but based on my friend I think 3 star is fair. UPDATE: I have new trainers that they can fit inside and after a days walking round with my youngest my heel felt fine. I still think 3 star is right though given I can only fit them into one set of shoes I owe.

Worth every penny. Have been in horrible heel pain for weeks. Tried gel heels but These insoles had an almost instant effect and after only one week I can feel my tendon loosening up. Am hoping it won’t be long before I can go barefoot again. Better than the physio exercises I was told to do, these have been way more effective. As you may tell, I am soooo happy! The only drawback is most shoes don’t accommodate them AND my foot, but that’s because I have a high instep I think. I can only use them with my trainers. Even so, they are a game changer.

These are comfortable with the arch support and cushioning however i will say it takes up quite a bit of foot space in shoes/trainers meaning my feet became slightly sore after walking for a while. That aside these are a pretty good pair of insoles to support your feet.

Been using these since April this year and just bought another set to go into my new pair of Vans. They've been absolutely amazing for doing 20k walks into the city and back while the regular insoles my Vans typically use tend to give me blisters on the heel of my feet after about half that distance. These are absolutely fantastic and have made my current pair of trainers my go-to for just about everything including hikes. They just slide in place and I haven't found them moving around or feeling out of place in the past few months of use They do add a little extra height but they do offer support for the arch of the foot but they have definitely made my shoes last longer. Originally I bought a set because the insoles in my Puma's were falling apart and I didn't want to part with them but they gave them new life and lasted an extra 2 months which these insoles and now I can't have a pair of trainers without them These have been super comfy and seem to support the ridge of the foot and the heel very nicely and they've lasted in my current set of trainers since April. They're probably still absolutely fine to use in my new pair of trainers after all these months of wear which is quite impressive considering I do at least an hour per day of walking between my house and work every day
