Excellent, when my one-year-old son had his blood tests done we realized that he had low hemoglobin, he doesn't like to eat meat, so I set out to find a multivitamin looking for clean and effective options, I found this vitamin, when I tell you it was the best, I noticed changes in days of starting to give it to him, a month later they did the tests again and his hemoglobin came out better than mine.
