Love this product. My horses are doing very well on it.

Vets should be recommending this product to any dog/cat with joint injuries, post-operations, hip dysplasia, arthritis. My shep has HD, my Lab has arthritis, my boxer and shep/hound mix both had multiple surgeries on knees. VERY noticeable difference when on LubriSyn. Didn't reorder in time and it was over 9 days before I got a replacement, saw my boxer starting to limp more. This is a natural lubricant that helps cushion the joints. She was born with deformity in rear legs, had torn meniscus and ACL, and she ran up my driveway the other day -- first time in her 8 years she actually ran a short distance. :) However, I measure the squirts indicated to ml, they don't equal. I fill a 20 ml/cc syringe and give 2x daily (am/pm), now just give 2 full squirts daily. HA only lasts in the body 24 hrs so it must be given. It is pricey, but pain for my dogs is not an option and this improves the quality of their lives. There is no contrindications with meds or allergies. I have 6 dogs, 5 cats, do rescue and don't know why this is not a push by vets (other than laziness, lack of research, profits, etc). If your animal is suffering, get this product!!!! and be consistent with daily dosing.

This product is worth every money. My concrete or size horse who have had since he was six is now 19 and has been on this for about three years. No I will admit that he’s also on a regimen a dose of Adequine, But I feel that this really helps with the efficacy of that product. I can definitely tell when I run out though. I won’t ever take him off of Lieberson as I’m still competing at Grand Prix Sol I feel like it’s definitely keeping him very very supple through his back and joints. My vet says that he looks great for 19 and well I can’t completely attributed to this product because I do have a very regimented exercise program for him I definitely think that this product is part of his success and remaining sound well into his senior years.

I was told about Lubrisyn when my vet recommended euthanasia for my then 13 year old German Shepherd mix. Though it's very expensive, we decided to give it a try. We were desperate and had nothing to lose. We saw a difference within a week. I just took her into my vet for a checkup and vaccine the other day, and he was shocked she's still around and moving as well as she is. 2 years later, she's still not only alive, but moving fine and taking daily walks, and we credit it to Lubrisyn. My vet now recommends it to the arthritis patients in his practice. This stuff really works. We get the gallon jug now, with the pump dispenser, and just pump it right into her food at night. No muss, no fuss, and it works.UPDATE: My dog lived another 2 years on Lubrisyn, and finally passed away due to Degenerative Myelopathy. However, the hip dysplaysia didn't get her! YAY for Lubrisyn! From now until forever, my senior dogs will get Lubrisyn. I firmly believe that this supplement gave me another 3 years with my baby.

I had my 29 year old thoroughbred ex-racehorse/eventor "Fairfax" on this product for 2.5 years now. I noticed a tremendous change within the first 2 weeks! He had severe arthritis in his hocks and also had navicular. When he walked you could hear loud cracking from his joints. Once he got on Lubrisyn, the cracking sounds disappeared. He started cantering around his field (something we had not seen for sometime), acting like he was 10 again.I suggest calling Dr. Allday (inventor of Lubrysin - 800-901-8498), and discussing your horse's situation before hand. Start with the quart size, and if you see a difference, get the gallon and the dosing gun. The fluid is very thick and gets difficult to work, therefore causing waste, without using the gun. If using long term, the gallon size is the most cost effective, and last about 10 months. I've found Amazon.com had the best on-line pricing for this product.Fairfax was getting Adequen shots, and was on 5 different medications/supplements. After using Lubrisyn, we were able to eliminate the shots and reduce 3 of the medicines/supplements.It is very pricey, but it works.... and you don't need a Rx to get it.

This is extremely helpful when you're feeding more than 2-3 horses.

I love this product because he gets a daily dose for his joints instead of a monthly or bi-monthly injection of "the other stuff". Plus it is not only easy to feed but is so much more affordable. My friend owns an ex-jumper who made a lot of money for his owners. Unfortunately, he is now paying for it in his back hocks especially (he is 12 years old). When he laid down to roll, he could hardly bend his back legs and would FLOP over on his side very hard. I suggested Lubrisyn to her and within 2 weeks, when he went to roll, he could actually bend his hind legs enough to lay down without so much force. My friend got tears in her eyes, she was so happy. This stuff works great on dogs and people too, I hear!! WE LOVE LUBRISYN!!!

After reading other people's reviews of how this helped their horses and dogs I figured there's no way an animal can fall prey to the placebo effect right? So I purchsed the 128 oz bottle for myself. I have used fish oil, circumin, glucosamine, ginger, joint supplements, foam rolling, stretching, etc for achy joints but this stuff had an immediate effect within 10 days. I'm 54 years old and gave up running several years ago mainly because it just didn't feel good anymore. Felt stressful on my feet, knees, ankles, hips etc and I am not overweight. I occasionally jogged some on my power walks but not very much. I now am able to run longer stretches with no pain at all. I wake up w/less of that achy stiff feeling. I think for my body this mnust have been the missing ingredient as I feel great. It's worth a try if you identify w/my scenario.Emily
