What you read in the reviews about this product is true. It is noisy, the UV disinfection doesn't also work on mine. This UV that doesn't work is known and covered in other reviews. I've had it for a month and never seen the UV indicator light up. Horrible product from a trusted brand.

Very useful and quality is ok

First machine arrived faulty as the UV light indicator would not turn on. I sent back for a replacement. Second machine arrived with the same issue, and was also cosmetically damaged. I contacted Philips directly who sent out a repairman - he replaced the motherboard but now the UV indicator is continually turned on (rather than once every 2 hours). I can’t believe there are so many issues with a machine of this price range. I had specifically purchased it because I thought Philips was a well-known and reliable brand. Very poor.

The water dispensing tap started to leak and we had to call the service no so many time to have this fixed but no avail. Philips service is very poor and difficult to reach, they keep passing the details to 3rd party support and these contacts don’t take calls, we need to send a WhatsApp message and wait for 3 days for them to call back. To add to our misery the call centre functions only from mon-thu. Unbelievable service backup for a reputable brand. Not trust worthy.

I bought this product twice; first time it was leaking from everywhere for no reason as soon as it's connected to electricity and the pump works; second time exactly the same thing. I'm not sure if they just replaced the first item with the same one or if this product is just faulty from the manufacturer. I definitely would advice to go for a top loading water dispenser. The bottom ones seem to have more issues with the pump and leaking.

My first arrived model did not have uv light sign on, like never. Then replacement arrived - it was the wrong model and the box was falling apart. I am very upset about the whole situation. Have to claim the refund.

Leakage issue..aesthetically good but very poor quality!
