Excellent !I have prepared Gooseberry pickle with Pushp Achar Masala using gingelly oil.Chopped green chilly and garlic were added as additional ingredients with couple of pinches of asafoetida powder.Came out to be one of the best pickle ever tasted.

More of fragrance than the real taste of pickling.
I used it for making green chillies pickle. I didn't like too much of fragrance of 'Saunf' in the masala. The overall taste of the pickle didn't match the taste which emerges by using the masala instantly prepared at home. As regards value for money, it is ok as this ready to use masala saves your precious time and also gives some pickle which is eatable.
