Good quality vitamin. Good number of vitamins in the bottle. Good price.

They smell and taste like the old fashioned One-a Day brand. They contain only vitamins. No minerals. This is good because an endocrinologist told me not to take iodine supplements because there is plenty in a healthy diet. Also, my folic acid is high so my doctor advised me to avoid folic acid supplements. This GeriCare product has neither. I am buying mineral supplements separately. Of course, in searching I find that most foods made with any kind of grains/flours are “enriched”, which usually includes folate or folic acid, so I don’t think that there is any chance of my folic acid dipping too low. I found some interesting tidbits regarding the effects of elevated folic acid on Google. Take a look.

I have just started using this product one day ago. The pill count is very good for the price. My only concern is that there are more inactive ingredients than actual vitamins. (Hopefully those ingredients don't have any side effects) There is a good amount of daily vitamins so I'm pleased with this purchase.
