Review: A real and positive difference! - I received these gentle replacement heads for my electric toothbrush today and they are exactly as promised – much more comfortable for me to use than the regular head that came automatically with my toothbrush. While I’ve enjoyed using the toothbrush and App for the excellent results they bring, I also felt discomfort against my gums from time to time and received warnings from the app that I was using too much pressure. I just wish I’d had the choice, when I made my original purchase of the Oral-B toothbrush with App, of the more sensitive brush - with a careful description of the difference between the two. If you’re wondering whether switching to the sensitive/gentle brush head is worth it, I would definitely recommend it if you have felt any discomfort at all

A: You need a certain amount of dexterity and strength to use tooth brush.  Kids range in age from 3 or 4 to12 to 15.   At some point in their kid hood they should be able to use the toothbrush.

A: I really don't know I would imagine the IO's work on all IO models
