As a mom and educator, I look for toys that are fun and engaging while also being educational. Learning Resources has some of the most unique toys for kids. The snails are great for shape and color recognition. In addition, my little one gets to work on his fine motor skills by taking the snails apart and putting them back together. This toy will grow with him since it is so versatile. These snails would also be great for imaginative and sensory play. The snails are a durable plastic and the shells are a flexible rubbery type of plastic. The snails themselves are the perfect size for small hands. The storage container is an added bonus!

This toy is a great addition to my preschool classroom. It brings insight to student learning through numbers, shapes and colors! They’re durable, but also flexible enough for small hands to manipulate. They’re a great value when looking to add something that works on multiple skills at once!

My 20 month old son loves playing with these snails. We use them to practice counting and learning colors and shapes. They are the perfect size for his little hands. He loves them so much he carries them around the house just to have them with him.

My 18M old twins love these. They get so excited to see them in the morning saying snails snails snails, it’s pretty cute. I think the bucket is part of the fun too as they love to collect them and drop them in. They do get frustrated with the shells coming off or putting them back on but I think it’s good for them and they will obviously get better at doing these things as they grow. These keep their interest way longer than other toys and my 4 year old enjoys them too. Would buy again without a doubt.

A cute fun toy for shapes play. The packaging was a little much though - so much extra plastic just to make the container look more full.
