Blackops 140 EV Racing Mirrored Swim Goggles Adult Fit

I have tried a lot of the top brands lately whilst getting back into serious training and racing and this is the first pair I have found that are not only comfortable, never ever leak, but take ages to fog up and then with a rinse of water take a similar time to fog up again. They don't displace when pushing off a wall hard or when diving (water seems to push a lot of goggles nowadays unless going for eye socket types that aren't comfy), the straps are grippy as well and overall they are possibly the best goggles I have had since Swans back in the late 2000's. Great googles with limited fogging. My 13 year old child uses these 4 times a week and we have had no problem since buying them. Great value for money and easily adjustable.

These goggles deliver exactly what I hoped for—excellent visibility, anti-fog performance that actually lasts, and a sleek look. They feel stable and secure, even during longer swims. Good comfortable goggles. Way too dark lenses for our local pool. Like swimming in the dark. Swimming outdoors with them is great though.

Swimming through the summer in very strong sunlight. These allowed me to sight as I went whatever direction I was swimming in. Did not need to adjust the nose clip, fitted really well.

Simple the best goggles I have ever used! No misting, no leakage and they fit perfectly (and comfortably) around the eye sockets. I wish I has switched to TYR years ago.

Fit, Comfort, and Use I got these for swim workouts and pool time, and they’ve held up really well. The fit is snug without being painful, which matters when you’re doing multiple laps. The adjustable strap makes it pretty easy to dial in so they don’t leak, and the silicone seals feel good on the skin without being pinchy. Clarity and Performance The lenses don’t fog up much, even when I’m swimming back to back. The mirrored finish helps with glare when I’m swimming outdoors or under strong lights. These goggles are a good mix of performance and comfort. They feel more serious than the basic goggles I used before. Also, when I swim in open water or in the sun, having mirrored lenses makes a difference for keeping glare and brightness manageable. Negatives or Things to Watch For If you swim in very low light or indoors with dim lighting, the mirrored lenses can make things feel a little darker than you would want. They take a little effort to get the seal just right. If the strap is too loose or the nose bridge isn’t aligned perfectly, you will feel water seep in. When they dry, if you do not wipe them off properly the seal edges can stay a bit tacky or hold onto water. Bottom Line These TYR Blackops goggles give you a lot more than cheap pool goggles without giving up comfort. If you swim often and want something that keeps up without leaking or fogging, these are a great step up. They are not amazing for every situation like extreme glare or nighttime swims, but for regular swimming they hit the sweet spot of value and performance.

Great antifog ... Dark lens ... Good looking

After a good hour of swimming, no leaks, no fogging and still felt comfortable on the face. The lenses are developed in such a way that you can see things outside your peripheral vision, almost behind you. Additionally, the lenses are crystal clear underwater, allowing you to see very far, even the length of the pool if the water is clear enough. Highly recommended.
