A bit pricey, but used sparingly it lasts a really long time, Excellent product, non greasy, pleasant fragrance and leaves skin smooth and refreshed after shaving. Unreservedly recommended!

Long time user; strongly dislike new bottle
I find the new glass bottle is less convenient for travel (try fitting that beast into a bag acceptable to airport scanners!) and, more crucially given the cost, does not dispense to the end. I pulled apart the mechanism on a recent bottle and it continued dispensing for another 2 months afterwards!

Quality products
Love Biotherm products - normally I pick them up at the airports as they are rarely found in the high street - always of a great quality and so the job at hydrating your skin! 😁👍

Was it new. The packaging was old and obviously second hand.
Looked tatty. No tamper seal on product and carton was well used and obviously not new. We should have taken a photograph and/or sent it bak but it was couple of days before Christmas. It was a present for our son who was only with us for a few days over Christmas so we had no time to get it replaced. I feel we have been conned/scammed.

Product great! - just don’t buy from trusted distribution the box looked like it had been opened… spent £40 on a Christmas present shocking
