However, I have multiple feeders and they probably hold about 16 ozs. I only fill mine a little bit over half way. Since I've started doing this, I sometimes change the nectar every 2 or 3 days. I use Pennington electronector. I get mine from Walmart. Just under 9 dollars for 80 FL. ozs. Not sure why Amazon charges so much for nectar. **Q: Am I able to dilute this solution in water?** A: Don't do that. This product is already diluted to the level that it should be to mimic flower nectar. Guessing diluting it more could even endanger the birds by messing up their bodies' electrolyte balance.
