When I first ordered it, it arrived missing a part. I sent it back and got a new one with all the pieces. I haven't been able to use it because it is not sturdy enough to hold up a planter that has real dirt & plants in it. Right now it is in my garage waiting to see if I can find a way to make it acceptable. I didn't rate the "sheerness" because I have no idea what that means.
