Good backup for the cover straps that broke and cracked
Hot tub cover straps broke but otherwise cover is in good condition so this was a good and cheap way to extend cover life.

Works like a charm

Sewn poorly
3 star due to one straps adjustment clap is sewn twisted making attaching strap turned in the hasp. Strap un evenly lays on hot tub cover. Poor quality control.

Straps are good need stronger keys

Fiddly
These have secured my hitting lid when the original straps broke but they are a bit of a faff. Putting them on and off again takes a few minutes compared to 20 seconds with the original clips. This makes a big difference when your I'm a bikini outside in the winter!

New straps, not so heavy-duty, missing screws. Acceptable delivery time, but took longer then expected.

Missing hardware
It did not come with the screws or the keys for the buckles. Comes with hardware in description and pictures.
