I take two-scoops of this with about twice the recommended amount of water, I do an hour of cardio 5x weekly and I haven't had any negative side effects. No gas, no belching, no bloating. The focus and energy you get is good and 100-200mg of caffeine is really my max and preference I'd want in a pre-workout for those that are caffeine sensitive but need a boost, a serving size is 2 scoops and you would do fine with 1 scoop and 8oz of water for 100mg of caffeine. For those that need 300-500+ mg of caffeine in a pre-workout this isn't for you... I would say no one needs that much caffeine for energy to go workout, I'd say what you are missing is the motivation. If you want something that tastes good, well look somewhere else... I bought the fruit-punch just to try out a flavor and I wish I had bought the flavorless. It tastes like kool-aid with no sugar, so it's extremely tart. To offset this I usually throw in a cup of frozen blue berries after I mixed it up to make it cold and to give it some sort of sweetness and that helps a lot. Overall this is probably the best pre-workout I've had. It gives you everything you need and nothing you don't need -- Energy, focus, no crashes, no bloat or gas.
