I have an 03 Honda Civic HX with 230,000 miles. A little over a month ago I noticed my shifts were not smooth and I would even grind gears at times. As time went on I could barely put it in 1st at all without absolutely forcing it. I really thought it was done for, until I watched a YouTube vid about changing this fluid. When I say it was a night and day difference that's an understatement. This Honda fluid absolutely fixed the shifting issue. Is it expensive? Who cares. In this case it was liquid magic. Noticed an instant improvement in the smoothness of gear selecting on the manual transmission for this honda fit. No degradation in the transmission's performance since using this about a year and half ago. About 15k miles put on it so far since changing it's oil at around 100k mark. I was going to do the change myself but found out the local mechanic shop was willing to do it for me for about 10 bucks added to the engine oil change while they had it up.

Great oem fluid and a good price. I have been buying it off Amazon for a few years and its been great.
