Good quality item! But not suitable for my intended purpose.

Does not fit 15kg cylinder.

Unfortunately it does not fit my 15kg cylinder, due to the protective/carrying ring on the cylinder. It would fit my 7kg cylinder as the ring is much wider on that, but I don't currently have any gas in that cylinder. And I need a regulator that fits both sizes. See photo. Not relevant to the fitting problem directly, but I noticed that the box was very battered so perhaps this item has been returned before. See photo The item itself looks new.
