Product is not as per requirement and i have registered request to replace but still not done and it is very disappointing

Untidy finish
Had to keep it as it was a part of an office event else it is not something that you will be proud of. The finishing and stitch are very poor. Considering the printed price and the one I paid, I feel they still made a large profit.
