The Ultimate Watch!!! (For me anyway...)
I have owned 3 Seiko Dive watches and 2 Invicta Dive watches and a few other non-dive watches in the past, so it's not like I am a serious watch connoisseur, but I know what I like and I have an eye for value. I did love my Seiko's, admittedly, but this fine timepiece is an instant all-time favorite, and I reckon all the watch I will need for many years if not the rest of my life. I love it! Like others have commented, it actually looks much nicer when you see it in front of you vs. how it appears in the pictures, and I really liked the pics. Especially the bezel is a purely original and unique bezel (to the best of what I have seen on the market past and present.) The shape of the case is unique as well, with excellent lines, however the watch still completely fulfills the classic "dive watch" style at first blush. (I am NOT being paid to write this review, BTW.) The brushed stainless steal case sides have a milky, platinum-like character which causes the non-brushed parts of the case and the bezel to really jump out. The sapphire crystal is flawlessly beautiful. This watch, plain and simply, ranks with the most masculine watches I have ever seen. In fact, since first seeing this watch and wanting one for myself, all but a few other watches on the market look fruity to me now, with little feminine trimmings. There's nothing feminine about this watch from any angle, yet it's design and presentation is elegant. WHAT TO KNOW: The watch description specifies a 45mm case width. One of the Invicta dive watches I had previously was a 47mm case width, which I found too big for my wrists. (I have thin wrists - 17.5cm.) I was afraid this watch was going to be a little on the large size before receiving it, but I was willing to deal with it because I like the design, materials and reported workmanship so much. It's not too big at all! In fact, it's the perfect size watch, I would say for most wrist sizes. Unless you have rather thick wrists and/or really want to go for the BIG WATCH look, I hazard most would find this watch size pretty perfect. Consider it more like a hardy 43mm case width watch! Even though I measured it, and it does reach the 45mm case width as described, due to the design with the case a fair bit wider than the bezel and face - the watch has MUCH MORE of a 43mm case width 'look' to it. That so because the bezel is closer to a bezel size of a 43mm case width watch. This watch appears very close in size to how my 3 Seiko's appeared, but a little thicker. The Seiko's were 43mm case width. So this watch is more classically sized and doesn't fill out to the BIG WATCH category if that's what you are expecting with the 45mm case width spec. I am wearing this watch on the 3rd to the tightest fitting. (3rd hole on the band, with the 1st being the tightest fitting.) It's super comfortable! Substantially more comfortable than the Invicta's and every bit as comfortable as the Seiko's. It's heavy. Also, watches with a 3 o'clock positioned crown just bug me in general. Besides the fact that the protruding crown looks out of place to me, it inevitably digs into the back of your hand. (This was another reason I sold the Invicta's in new condition shortly after buying them.) So, the Ratio models with the 4 o'clock position crown immediately caught my attention! I'm appreciating that feature at this moment as I type. The band seems just right as far as feeling sturdy yet soft/smooth. I have a classy flat silicone band and a thick flat leather band, both 22mm, that I hazard will look good on this watch too. If the helium release valve were optional, I would have opted without. I'm a whitewater guide and fashion that I need a dive watch to be cool, but I'm never going anywhere near 1000 meters deep in the ocean unless wearing cement shoes and thrown overboard for being a wise guy one day, in which case I won't be coming back up until the resurrection - and helium bubbles won't be important on that day. Thank you, Ratio Watches, for making available to the public such a mighty timepiece at such an affordable price. I thought I was going to have to save up for a Marathon Watch which costs 8 to 10 times as much as the Ratio, but this watch has actually cured me of that. Ratio hit it. The box wasn't anything to brag about, but who cares? I'd rather be paying for value in the watch, not the packaging. As usual, Amazon was on time. There's a good slogan: Amazon - On Time.

Very good watch
It is a very good watch. Well built. The lume is great and is readable throughout the night. It keeps good time and standby is about 40hrs. The size is just perfect. Not one of those 50mm monsters and that actually makes the watch look good. This watch is worth far more than the price.

Looks and FEELS like a dive watch
The crystal is stunning and the watch face creates a beautiful blue/black reflection that makes it very unique and eye catching. The raised areas around the lugs and crown create a distinctive look that gives it character and feature. The bezel is easy to manipulate and is tactile, crisp, and Zero slop. Wrist band is much softer than the SKX or Citizen eco drive dive watch. My wrist is 7 1/2 inch and looks just right. Holds time well and timegraphs accurately now after 8 months of wear. Definitely well worth the price and I highly recommend.

Pros mostly but a couple of cons also
The heart of a watch is its movement; this watch has a Seiko movement that's very good. I own several watches with this movement and all have been reliable and accurate - capable of regulation to sub 10 second daily accuracy or better if not so out of the box. My primary issue is the size. It just seems a little small for a man's watch. The case diameter measures 44 mm which is reasonable for something on the moderate end of the size spectrum but the dial diameter is only about 30 mm; not enough of an issue to return it but still looks a little out of proper proportion. Another con for me was the band. There are definitely softer, thicker, better fitting silicone bands that could have been fitted. An additional minor con is the winding/setting knob. The crown does not have friction knurling and the case partially surrounds it making gripping, screw/unscrew more awkward than it need be. Still, overall a handsome and probably very capable dive watch for the money if the pressure rating is remotely believable.

Best Quality & Value Out There!
I purchased this watch for $160.00 after coupon, when I opened the box I was totally blown away by the look and quality for this price. I have a large collection of dive watches, average cost $300 to $500 each. This Ratio II rates pretty high up there for much lower cost. If your looking for a good quality dive watch and don't want to spend more than $200? Go for it you won't be dissapointed.

Thinking about returning it!!!
The power reserve is not 41hr as stated, you gotta sleep with it otherwise you have to adjust the time after 8-10hr of not wearing it. Looks and feels good, but I suspect internal mechanism is cheap. The old adage applies here "You get what you pay for !!!"
