The sound and mic quality of this headset has thoroughly impressed me. I got these to use for work because my airpods were never charged when I needed them and my Sony XM4s noise cancel a little too well for the office. To my surprise this relatively cheap headset has great sound quality when listening to music. The mic quality is crisp and picks up very little background noise and the in-line mute button is nice for teams calls. The clamp force is a bit strong at first but after getting them broken in, its fine. The only real complaint that I have is I've noticed a lot of crackling when people in teams speak. This doesn't happen with any other sounds, only when people speak. I'm not sure what the cause is, or how to fix it and its a little annoying but not enough to not recommended the headset. If you're looking for a cheap headset to use for work, look no further, because you have found it.

Update to this review: I used these for about 4-6 weeks and the mic went bad. I was really disappointed because I loved them so much. PLOT TWIST THOUGH!! I was looking at them again to buy them (because I seriously have tried so many types for work and these were far and away the best) and noticed there's a warranty! I contacted the seller and within12 hours, I had a response from them asking for my address to replace them!! And I have emailed a couple of more times to ask questions and been answered in less than 24 hours, even on the weekend. SO - I will be a repeat customer of this store. I will be a repeat buyer of this headset. And if you're looking for a reliable company to work with, this. is. it. Bottom Line. Great Company, Great Customer Support. Would give them more than five stars if possible. If you're looking for truly noise-canceling headsets, keep looking. I can have conversations and listen to outside music with these on. However, they have great sound quality through the mic. I use them for work and have no trouble at all with customers hearing me, and they're comfortable on my ears, which is a big deal. I wear glasses and headsets with smaller ear thingys (that's a technical term) press against the top of my ear and it really hurts by the end of the day. They cover my whole ear so they don't hurt. BUT THE MUTE BUTTON!!! It's on the cord, which means I lean against it and press it against my desk and mute the mic a lot. I have to clip it to the collar of my shirt to stop it from happening. Otherwise, I love them.

this is an outstanding headset for Dragon NaturallySpeaking users. I particularly like the microphone and the weight easily picks up my voice and makes Dragon respond far more quickly than anything that I have ever used. It creates a feeling of fascination and wonderment in me. This is because I enjoy using Dragon NaturallySpeaking because I am handicap and it's far easier for me to use my voice to dictate then my hands to type. In short, if you are looking for cost-effective headset for Dragon NaturallySpeaking this is the one. There are some issues I hope the company is aware of and is addressing for future models of this headset. I do believe that they can keep the cost down and still provide the outstanding response that it provides for Dragon users. Number one I have only been wearing the headset for about 15 minutes and I feel a good amount of discomfort on the top of my head this is because there is no padding whatsoever at the top. Number two the headset tends to squeeze in tighter on the sides of the ears which I think makes the pressure on the top of the head even greater. Number three in my final observation for examination. The company provided instructions on how to set up the headset for use. The problem was the instructions dealt with Windows 8 and not what Windows 10. Windows 10 is the predominant operating system today. The problem that I had was a bad sound driver that would not recognize this headset when I first plugged it in. I think the company would benefit by adding instructions on how to deal with this issue from a Windows 10 perspective In their setup instructions. This is all I have other than that. This headset is outstanding and I love it.

I work in a call center and have been disappointed with several headsets I've purchased, these are by far the best. The sound quality is crisp and clear, and they're comfortable. I have a big head, at first my ears bothered me after wearing them a few hours, but that problem went away after I got used to them. I only turn the volume up on my laptop to 20 because they work so well, other headsets I would go up to 60. The ringing noise when I get a message on microsoft teams is a very nice feature, this was a great purchase. Update: This headset was cutting out on me when I was talking to customers, now they no longer work, when I plugged them in I got a message on my laptop "this USB product has malfunctioned". Very disappointed, only lasted 6 months, too good to be true. Update: I sent an e-mail to the customer service department about my dissatisfaction, and they allowed me to pick out another headset, also they refunded me right away. This company aims to please, can't say enough good things about how they handled my complaint.

I like them a lot. I added a piece of leather under the top of the headband because the plastic is not so comfortable. It has a great volume control which shows a thin grey bar in the top left corner of the screen when changing volume; it shows the volume from 1 to 100. I found that 50 is a good listening level.

I have now used this headset for a few weeks. It represents very good value. I was a little unsure of what quality I would be getting for the price. I was pleasantly surprised. They are of good quality, easy to use and install immediately. I use them for online teaching and my students have commented on the clarity being good compared to some of the more expensive (brand name) headsets being used by my colleagues. Inline controls are good, microphone positioning being flexible is very good, you can position it away from the mouth and it still picks up voices well. In fact I used it in a classroom with other students present and those listening were able to hear them easily. Comfortable ear pieces means I can wear them for quite a while without causing pressure (I wear spectacles and they don't create excess pressure.

Lo compré para usarlo en el trabajo. Por la pandemia hemos estado operando desde casa y todos los días a todas horas estoy conectada en Teams para reuniones o para comunicarme con los compañeros. Siempre se quejaban que escuchaban el ruido de fondo y era un problema buscar un espacio para hacer llamadas. Estos audífonos solucionaron de forma excelente el problema; ahora sólo me escuchan a mí cuando hablo y no los ruidos de fondo que son inevitables. Además, tiene varios botones para controlar el volumen, poner el micrófono en "mute" y responder/colgar llamadas que son súper prácticos. Creo que la relación precio/calidad es maravillosa. Es una excelente herramienta para el trabajo.
