Then I discovered that Lupin beans were low-carb. So I gleefully bought these and put them in our instant pot for 30 minutes, but absolutely no effect, so I gave them another 30 minutes, but still very little effect. After 90 minutes of pressure-cooking ( and 24 hours of soaking), they are beginning to become vaguely edible.
