Other conditioners for dry, damaged, fine hair have required a LOT of water to rinse to clean, clear running water. This also requires very little to apply compared to others that are sucked into the 1st place you apply & then don’t seem to spread so you end up having to apply more to ensure all mid-lengths & ends get a dose. Very happy with this product! Can’t say if this alone or the matching shampoo plus a NEXXUS bond repair leave-in I just got with these JVN products all have a part in the improvement I’ve seen after just a few shampoos. I’m not changing a thing though, very nice upgrade using these: shine, volume/appearance, easier to comb through wet & air drying is now boosting more of my natural waves. Also VERY GRATEFUL there is no discernible smell. Not only because a lot of the “parfum” in products gives me an asthma attack but also I just hate the stinky strong raw chemical “fragrances” so many other companies put in shampoos, treatments & in all types of personal & home products. TERRIBLE SMELLING & almost anything that states “parfum” or “fragrance“ on the ingredient list is just not healthy for people, infants especially, pets tool, as they’re so small. This has it listed on the label but it is obviously so mild the scent doesn’t even register with me. For those wanting scent: So much better to get essential oil of lavender, mandarin, chamomile, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, or mint, etc so you can pick something lovely you like. Natural, safe, if you read up & use properly & you’ll smell your way, not like cheap bathroom air deodorizer spray. Grateful JVN products doesn’t force scent, especially not heavy fake smells, on customers.

EDIT: I really like this conditioner, I primarily bought it because it does not contain silicone and the reviews. It rinses out easily, it makes my hair soft, for me it give volume, overall a great product, I just wish they would change the packaging. It comes in a metal container, and the pump was completely broken when I received it. I also find it a little on the pricey side, however I most likely will buy it again! I probably should wait on this review being I haven't used it yet, however I just wanted to forewarn buyers that there is definitely a pump problem. Mine arrived in a box, however the pump is already broken and there was products all over the top of the bottle and inside of the box. I'll have to screw the top of to use it, but I'm hoping I'll like the results!

I have been purchasing salon products for over 20 years. I over pay and I’m not satisfied with those product. I feel most of the time I spend over $100 just for my hair to feel dry and brittle. I don’t have that problem with JVN. This is my third time buying JVN shampoo and conditioner and I’m never disappointed. My hair always feels soft and moisturized. I can’t buy anything else!

I have hair that is both fine and dry. I loved how light this conditioner was for my hair and how it helped fluff it up a bit at the roots, and the scent is wonderful. I loved that this is a "clean" product with a lot of great ingredients, including hemisqualane which is phenomenal. What I didn't love, and what will prevent me from re-buying it, was the packaging and the fact that left the ends of my hair frazzled. There just isn't enough conditioning effect for me to be able to use it as a conditioner. I appreciate JVN's bottles being so eco-friendly but they need to fix their pump dispenser problems. The pumps are ridiculously tricky to get to work, and with these aluminum bottles having narrow openings it's impossible to transfer the thick conditioner to a different bottle. Sometimes the pumps just have to be worked at a LOT to open, but sometimes they just don't open at all no matter how long I worked at them, and customer service just says "If you are having trouble with the pump, just try harder!" which makes it more frustrating.
