No problem with the product so can't address how their customer service is. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tiny tube, strong glue *by N***E on August 31, 2017* This glue is strong and clear, which is what I was looking for. It has a VERY small opening, only allowing a pin prick amount of glue at a time, and it's in a metal tube, so it never stops coming. The cap has a very thin needle attached that is supposed to be inserted into the very thin tube to put the cap on. So if you leave the cap off for any length of time, glue oozes out, but putting the cap on is a difficult task.
