Easy to swallow and value for money having the vitamins combined.

Good all-round supplement if you want to cover a few essentials in one go. The tablets aren’t huge, easy enough to swallow, and there’s no chalky aftertaste. Nice to have calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D together so you’re not messing around with separate bottles. After taking them for a bit, you do feel a bit more balanced — less muscle tightness, better energy and generally just healthier day to day. It’s not a miracle fix, but it’s a solid, steady supplement that supports bones, recovery and overall wellbeing. Great value for a whole year’s supply too.
