I’m not a great sleeper in general but was getting up once or twice a night to go to the toilet. After less than a month on the tablets, although I still wake up, I am no longer having to go to the loo which means I am getting back to sleep quicker and feeling much fresher on a morning. Having taken various cocktails of Saw Pametto and other 'health supplements' on and off for many years (without any noticable effect) I was very pleasantly surprised when after the two weeks at the 3 a day start updose there was a noticeably larger gap between loo visits (night and day) and a reduction in the awful 'urges' to pee which are I'm sure very much a psychosomatic reaction to the condition ~ but very real when you have them.
