Register key malfunctioning
When I bought this saxophone for my son, his band teacher didn’t accept it because the register key wasn’t working and it was cheap and bad. Would not recommend.

Had some issues
I was eagered to play my saxophone when it first arrived and I had some lessons. But during my lessons my instructor told me that the saxophone was having an air leak and the saxophone pads were un-leveled. And during the day I was looking in it a button came off. It broke off Which made me take the saxophone get repaired which costed me 120 extra dollars. To get that fixed and level the pads. But in the end everything was working after the repair. Always check your instrument when it’s arrives.
