Thermacare Lower Back & Hip HeatWraps, L/XL, 8 Hour-2ct

I have bought this product before and along with a little asper cream works well. I only have to use it occasionally. I original bought this product where I live but I have been having problems locating them again. Hence Amazon. However when the product arrived it was shipped from Costco. Since my first purchase I have reordered except the last time I ordered two boxes of (10) ten. The convenience of having it delivered for free is well worth it.

I have been suffering from sciatica and am pleasantly surprised of how much these helped me sleep They stay in place and stay very hot all night It feels wonderful and helps alleviate pain beautifully

I have used these a lot over the years.

I have the worst period cramps, and I really like how this has a band around the whole thing so I can easily walk around or move while also getting the pain relief, but I think that for the price, I would rather use this: Dampen a towel, put it in a ziplock bag (open), microwave for 2 minutes, close the ziplock, wrap in another dry towel. Doesn't stay as hot for as long as the thermacare one, but the price is better (free!)

Great value for the money. These wraps really help people with back pain.
