I’ve taken the Turk 500mg for I think 3 months now and really enjoy it, hope it doesn’t get taken off Amazon! This is higher percentage than most others I’ve seen since they all say 10 or 20% so I’m happy with it, seems to be good quality. I take 3 capsules daily! They’re easy to take no side effects for me, as far as I can tell but honestly haven’t been paying attention lol. I’m 24 I weight 202 and I’m 6’3 this has definitely helped in the gym recently I noticed endurance increase around 3 weeks or so.

Could be placebo effect, but I feel like this product really works. My adult son and I both take it and have noticed a good bit of mass gain (more in him than me) but we've both noticed it. However, I'm writing this review just to make aware of my latest shipment. My latest shipment was a much lighter color than the others and had an odd smell to it. Amazon has refunded me the cost of the item, but just wanted to document that this happened in case it happens to others as well. You can see the much lighter color of the capsule on the right in the photo.

Works great. After about a week i have noticibley more energy and even have better rest. I have faster recovery at the gym too.

I didn't know what to rate this so I gave it a 3, not because its a bad product but because it gave me headaches when I took it. This may not affect you I'm just telling what happened to me. I only used 4 of them and it would have been nice if I culd have gotten a refund but it is what it is. So please just be cautious and always consult your Dr. Black Forest also has a stellar reputation with their supplements so this review is not a dig at BF or the seller.

I have only been using this since November 1st but I do feel like it has improved and increased my lifts.
