This product is designed to exactly what it says to do. I’d love for the quality of picture to be better, but it serves a purpose. I was using this to shoot time lapse video of plant growth and it works well. The only drawback I see is the in ability to work well when exposed to high intensity LED lighting. There is a filter setting, but it doesn’t help much. But if you have an application that doesn’t have direct light exposure in the lens, this will work perfectly!

Excellent camera with a small profile so it is easy to conceal. I use it to monitor traffic in a rural area. Great menu features allows you to time window which helps with SD card storage and batteries. I check the camera out every two weeks and change cards and batteries. Excellent daytime images. The images are not that great at night or I would have given it a 5.

All works as intended with the exception of "glitches", for lack of a better word, that continually appear in recording. Square pixelated blotches that flash in area and distort the image are really distracting when viewing the recording back, and when you have been waiting days for a recording it is rather disappointing.I have taken 8 or so videos, using two different SD cards (I got another hoping it was a problem with the SD card), only had one emerge without considerable glitching. (I have attached a photo which shows an example of the glitching towards the bottom of the image.) I have tried to contact the manufacturer on their website and have had no response.

Is not the greatest for the money, but do a good job ... just time lapse !!

I have always use a regular camera (no need for specs)...just taking pics of my woodworking projects. Google use to have Free communities to show your talents...but since its a money thing everywhere and I get it. So....... I have to up my game and time lapse-ing seems to be the next step for this 58 yr old man. The minimal space used on the memory card and little drain on the batteries made this my choice. I like the ease of getting to understand the bell and whistles by playing with it and recording my test settings. I gave it - its own file and use the settings as the titles names. (1) week of playing and I am now waiting on the Stop Action extension shutter to learn that feature. Good choice....I recommend.

Photo quality is not that great for the price.Battery power is great for doing long time-lapses
