I'm not taking it for leaky gut. It helps for swelling.

It doesn’t say gluten free on the bottle. It just says contain no added: shellfish, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat. Hope my answer help.

The label specifically says that it does not contain shellfish, but it does have a warning that it contains fish. I have a shellfish allergy and have not had a reaction to this product.
