Fresh and ORGANIC!
High quality coriander seeds! I used these in canning pickles and they are perfect. I love that they come in a large bag and that they are organic and non-radiated. They are a great value for the price points. They smell fresh and wonderful and taste great. If you don't use them very quickly you could keep them in the freezer.

Fresh And Flavorful Coriander Seeds
Just take my word for it—get it, and you won’t regret it. First of all, this coriander is inexpensive, considering the 1-pound package, and secondly, as soon as you open it, the aroma knocks you off your feet. It feels like it was harvested and dried just yesterday! The seeds are very fresh. I lead a healthy lifestyle and am interested in holistic medicine, so I often use coriander, especially for making coriander water, which helps with weight loss. Many people add it to tea, but I personally don’t like that. Brewing it isn’t necessary, as we shouldn’t forget the old-fashioned way of cooking. After all, coriander is a spice that pairs wonderfully with meat dishes or white sauces. Just remember to store it in an airtight container; otherwise, all the aroma will dissipate and evaporate. In a nutshell: a quality product for a reasonable price.

Love These Coriander Seeds
Heavenly smelling and tasting; these coriander seeds are very fresh and clean in appearance, smell and taste. They have a slightly citrusy scent. I really like using them in my various recipes such as my traditional matzot (unleavened bread) recipe, curries, soups, seasonings for meat and fish dishes. I grind the fresh for every recipe and some I pre-grind and keep in a glass jar for convenience. These are so lovely and I would recommend them for great quality and value for the price (they go a long way).

Tucson
I assume this is a good quality product. Looks like my entire life, I bought the kitchen species which were milled to the dust with weak flavor. Now I can smell its distinct flavor. Definitely a good product if you are passionate about cooking and make something special. Crushed corns are much more flavorful than the ones you purchase in nanogram packages. It is easy to crash/smash it while cooking.

Great for sprouting
Great price for a fresh kitchen item! Good for grinding. Because the package stated it was non-irradiated, I tried to sprout it in a jar (rinse 3 X daily with a mesh top for oxygen) while I was sprouting other herb seeds. After 20 days there were almost no roots, but I planted it with my herb garden anyway, expecting nothing. A few days later I had a thick bed of sprouts, and now an (overcrowded) bunch of cilantro! Turns out that coriander germination normally takes 21 days, so I should have researched that first. It seems all the seeds sprouted!
